How I work

I work directly, swiftly and without detours. My goal is not to have conversations – but to produce results you can apply the next day.

Depending on your needs, this means: a coaching session that shifts your perspective. A negotiation training that prepares you concretely. Or a consulting engagement that creates clarity where there was ambiguity before.

In coaching, I work with the dynamic method of the Dr. Bock Institute – solution-oriented, without lengthy processes. Some topics are resolved in a single session. Other clients I accompany over several months.

In consulting, we work together towards a concrete outcome – a new structure, a role clarification or a clear picture of how your team should be set up.

Who I am

I am your sparring partner

Let me be honest — I’ve always liked to win. On the tennis court, on the ski slope — and at the negotiating table. Not always the best, but often the fastest. Decide immediately, act directly, learn from experience — that runs through everything I do. And that’s exactly what I bring to my work with clients.

At some point I realised that negotiations are exactly that: a game of preparation, tactics and people skills. Since then, it has been my passion. What drives me is rarely the subject matter itself. It is the people behind it. How they think, what they really want, how you read a situation before you speak. That has fascinated me ever since. And it is precisely this curiosity that makes me your perfect sparring partner.

Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature, playing sport and trying new restaurants. And travelling to distant countries — which I plan with almost the same attention to detail as a negotiation.

MY EXPERIENCE

Important insights

My career has taken me through the HVAC-industry, the beauty sector and — for over 20 years — the international world of real estate. Every chapter had one thing in common: complex negotiations, different cultures and people with varying interests who needed to be brought to the table.

Today I work in the local management of an American corporation, where I head the Landlord & Tenant Representation division. What I experience daily in this role confirms that in negotiations, preparation decides and in conversations with employees, it is empathy.

In 2022, this experience led me to offer coaching, training and consulting — backed by further education at Harvard Business School and the University of St. Gallen, and hundreds of real negotiations.
