As your coach and sparring partner for professional topics, I attach great importance to open and transparent communication. Consequently, I may challenge your perspective to motivate and move you forward. My goal is to achieve real results together that can be applied directly in your everyday work.

My coaching style is based on the dynamic method of the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy. Thus, it is possible that your concerns may be resolved with just one conversation. However, I meet many of my clients several times a year to reflect regularly and make continuous progress.

Negotiation Training

Successful negotiation involves thorough preparation and establishing a strong rapport with the other party. Consequently, we explore strategies for navigating challenging conversations confidently while safeguarding sensitive information. Through conversation simulations, we pinpoint potential obstacles.

I provide negotiation training through individual sessions as well as half-day or full-day team workshops.

Mindset Coaching

Certain situations are easier for us when we are open to rethinking our own attitude. To do this, we identify situations or issues and examine how a change of perspective can help to better manage, navigate, or avoid conflicts.

In a one-to-one conversation we find a new perspective and refreshing reframes.

Who I am

I am your coach

My absolute passion is negotiation. The strategies used in such high-tension situations can easily be transferred to other work-related situations. Sensitivity and reflection are also required when building teams or developing employees.

The way my own team works together and negotiates fills me with pride and joy. Figuring out new ways of self-development and growing my team in order to find new solutions for my clients has always been important to me. This inspired me to offer business coaching and negotiation training in Zurich, Rapperswil or online, for leaders, businesses and teams. As a coach and consultant, I support you in moving effortlessly in the business world, conducting negotiations with confidence and mastering challenges brilliantly. 

MY EXPERIENCE

Important insights

My career offers many diverse experiences. I began in the HVAC industry, where I worked with people of different generations and from all over the world. Then, my path led me into the cosmetics industry before I found my place in the international world of real estate around 20 years ago. For nearly ten years, I’ve held a position in local management at an American company. Here, I oversee the team handling international clients seeking space in Switzerland and work closely with the marketing team, advising significant investors on leasing strategies. Negotiations form an integral part of my team’s daily responsibilities.
